Rhea Harris

Rhea joined Commerce West in 1999, and is responsible for providing our agents and their customers’ competitive personal lines and light commercial insurance products. These responsibilities include overseeing the development and architecture of multivariate rate plans that can be quickly and inexpensively adapted to individual markets our independent agency partners serve. Rhea has over 25 years of insurance experience, including 17 years at Financial Indemnity/Unitrin, where he progressed to the position of Product Manager. Rhea successfully managed over $200 million in auto products in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, while at Financial Indemnity/Unitrin. Rhea is an alumnus of California State University Fresno where he majored in Business Administration. Rhea and his wife Patty live in Rancho Murieta with their children Kelsey and Kelly.

Kenny Martin

Kenny is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and management of the Commerce West sales function in a manner that ensures reaching or exceeding corporate goals and objectives. Kenny has 19 years of insurance industry experience, including twelve years with Viking Insurance Company of Wisconsin where he progressed to the position of Sales and Marketing Director. Most recently, he worked for five years with California State Automobile Association (AAA Northern Califonrnia) and held the position of Regional Business Director. He earned an A.A. degree from Feather River College and a B.S. degree from the University of San Francisco. He is also a licensed Fire & Casualty and Life & Disability Agent/Broker.

Shellie Neri

Shellie is responsible for Oregon Auto product development, pricing, growth and technical design. She joined CWIC in 2006 and possesses a wide range of knowledge developed during 18 years in the Insurance Industry. Shellie has cultivated her knowledge while working in a variety of management positions. Including Sales, Marketing, Product Design, Underwriting, Systems and Technical Design development. Prior to joining CWIC, Shellie worked for Unitrin most recently as a Regional Sales Manger. She earned a B.A. degree from Sacramento State University. Shellie resides in Sacramento, California with her husband, Chris and daughter, Taylor.

Denese Ross

Denese Ross joined Commerce West Insurance Company in September of 2007. She is responsible for the overall profitability and growth of preferred property insurance products within the Commere West territory. Denese has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry in the areas of product management, product development, pricing, underwriting, sales/agency management, marketing and claims. Prior to joining Commerce West, Denese spent more than 8 years with the California State Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau (AAA of Northern California). She most recently served as Insurance Product Executive where she was accountable for the profit and loss of all AAA branded insurance products in Nevada and Utah. Denese has specialized in property insurance and was instrumental in the pricing, design and implementation of AAA’s latest homeowners, rental property and auxiliary lines of insurance products. Denese currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Insurance Research and resides in Northern California. She is also a licensed Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent.

Bess Stathos

Bess is responsible for the hiring and training of new Marketing Department employees, all Company communications to Producers, all Agency Incentive Programs, Agency Appointments and Licensing and maintains a small Marketing Territory in Northern California. Bess has over 35 years in the insurance industry, including 23 years with Aetna Life & Casualty, in both Marketing and Operations Management, three years as a Marketing Representative with Unitrin, has worked in a Property & Casualty agency and has sold Employee Benefit Plans.

Caitlin Maguire

Caitlin is responsible for internal and external support of the Marketing Department in relation to Company goals, policies and procedures. Caitlin joined Commerce West in 2007 and earned her B.A. Degree from St. Mary’s College.

DeAnn Lucas

DeAnn brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry which includes 8 years as a licensed Property & Casualty Agent; in addition, she has served in a marketing capacity for an auto speciality program and managed a customer service call center. DeAnn has been with Commerce West since 2001 - most recently as the Premium Accounting Department Supervisor

Emily Moulios

Emily brings 30 years of insurance experience working as an agent, underwriter and marketing representative. Emily is responsible for the development of her assigned territory in relation to company goals, policies and procedures.

Fatima Ulloa

Fatima brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience which includes 10 years at State Farm and 10 years with specialty auto insurance companies Western United Insurance Company, Viking Insurance Company of Wisconsin and Permanent General Assurance Corp. where she worked as the State Marketing Manager. Fatima is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University.

Rosemarie Simmons

Rosemarie is responsible for the development of the Southern California territory, in relation to Commerce West’s goals, policies, and procedures. Rosemarie’s first 10 years were spent with the Automobile Club of Southern California where she focused on personal lines insurance. She then spent 5 years with a broker specializing in commercial insurance. Rosemarie went on to become an owner/operator of an agency offering all lines of insurance. Her experience and expertise in the industry enables her to provide exceptional customer service and training. We welcome the opportunity to work with you and your team.

Jeff Limberg

Jeff has been with Commerce West since August 2004. He has been a marketing rep in Arizona since 1988. Prior to Commerce Jeff spent 5 years with Prudential as an agent in Pennsylvania and Arizona.

John Doyle

John is based in the Portland area. He has many years of successful Insurance Sales experience and has been with Commerce West since 1999. John has a BA from the University of Wisconsin and carries the following designations: CPCU, CLU, ChFC, CIC and AAI. John enjoys working with Agents and is always available to assist

Mike Wikstrom - CIC

Mike is responsible for the development of his assigned territory, Utah, in relation to company goals, policies, and procedures. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He successfully owned his own insurance agency as well as served in various positions within the company ranks including, Underwriter, Marketing Representative, Regional Marketing Manager and National Director of Sales. Mike is also a licensed agent in the state of Utah, and received his CIC designation in 1992. Mike's most notable success, however, is his family. He and his beautiful wife have 7 children, all of whom are a great joy.

Micaiah Anguiano

Micaiah provides support and assistance to the Marketing Department, the Territory Sales & Marketing Managers and Executive staff. Micaiah came to Commerce West in 2007 and offers 7 years of Marketing and Customer Service experience. Micaiah resides in Pleasanton, California with her husband, Aaron and cat, Cosmo.
